Description

Pine mushrooms harvested in the Peruvian Andes are high in protein and rich in minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and vitamins B and C.

They are low in calories, carbohydrates and fat.This mushroom has a high gastronomic value and constitutes one of the main non-wood products of coniferous plantations. It is characterized by its thick and tender meat, white to yellowish in color, a spongy cap and a more consistent leg. Its aroma is subtly fruity and its flavor is delicate and sweet.
