Nutrisphere Hub Sellers Agreement

1. Definitions

1.1 “Seller”: Refers to the entity or individual engaging in drop shipping activities with Nutrisphere Hub.

1.2 “Drop Shipping Platform”: Refers to Nutrisphere Hub, the entity providing the drop shipping services.

1.3 “Products”: Refers to the goods offered for sale by the Seller through Nutrisphere Hub.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1 The Seller agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date product information.

Process customer orders promptly and efficiently.

Handle customer service inquiries and concerns related to the Products.

2.2 Nutrisphere Hub agrees to:

Facilitate the online sale of the Products.

Manage technical aspects of the drop shipping process, including order processing and website maintenance.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 The Seller shall set the retail price for each Product.

3.2 Nutrisphere Hub shall receive a commission of 15% for each successful sale.

3.3 Payments to the Seller shall be made immediately after the purchase and shall include the retail price minus the commission.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

4.1 The Seller is responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information.

Fulfilling orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery.

4.2 Nutrisphere Hub is responsible for:

Managing the technical aspects of order processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 The Seller shall establish a clear return policy.

5.2 Returns and refunds shall be processed in accordance with the established return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Seller grants Nutrisphere Hub the right to use images and descriptions of the Products for marketing purposes.

6.2 Both parties agree to respect each other’s intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days of written notice.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Both parties agree to handle customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Conflict Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through both parties. (Seller and Nutrisphere hub).

10. Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure

10.1 The Seller agrees not to compete with Nutrisphere Hub during the term of this agreement.

10.2 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

11. Duration and Renewal

11.1 This agreement shall be effective upon acceptance and shall remain in effect for indefinite period until termination.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
